I am the owner and Chief Executive Officer or Ortostuudio. I’ve been active in the dental care field for a very long time. After graduating from Dentes Private School in 2001, I started working as a dental care nurse. After 5 years I decided to move on to sales work. This journey has been fascinating and challenging. Looking back now, the dental care landscape has changed considerably.
I founded Ortostuudio in 2012, with a goal of specializing in orthodontics. My dream was to create a company that offers modern and exclusive equipment to dental care establishments. I am always on the lookout for new products that help dental care personnel improve the quality of their work. Besides some mainstream products, Ortostuudio’s product range has during the years specifically included exciting dental care products, as it is something that I am very passionate about myself.
Having worked in dental care, I can honestly say, that the best dentistry happens when employees are happy to do their jobs. The joy of work results from intrinsic motivation but also the modern work environment, which should demonstrate comfort, safety and the best tools.
Besides being involved with dental care products, I have learned leadership and marketing in Tallinn University of Technology, at the Marketing Institute, as well as other relevant courses.
